Michael Shanley, CMM, has dedicated more than 30 years to the marina management and development industry, leading the design, planning, and execution of over 100 marina projects across the United States, Caribbean and beyond. As a Certified Marine Manager (CMM), Michael brings internationally recognized expertise in marina operations, development, and long-term sustainability.

In addition to his extensive marina background, Michael also holds a Florida Yacht Broker License and a Florida Real Estate License, giving him a unique perspective on both the operational and investment sides of waterfront properties. His career reflects a lifelong commitment to helping marina owners, investors, and developers unlock the full potential of their assets while ensuring operational excellence and long-term value.

Shanley served as Chairman of Florida Department of Environmental Protection Clean Boating Partnership and Committee Chairman of the Manasota Chapter of the Southwest Florida Marine Industry’s Association. Shanley also served on the Government Relations Committee for the Marine Industry's Association of

South Florida (MIASF), the Board of Directors of the Miami Billfish Tournament, board member of the Wilmington Harbor Enhancement Trust and served two consecutive years as the National Marina Day Chairman.
